Ruisi (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose F. DiJohn Finnegan and Angelo Ruisi; his wife Cynthia A. Smith Ruisi; his children, Joseph A. Ruisi, II, Douglas Ruisi, Debra C. Zaccagnino, Roberta Shafer and Jennifer Ruisi; his stepchildren, Ryan Speigle and Stacy Speigle; his siblings, Bruce Ruisi, Cyndi Wilisch, Sheila Watson and Teri Hamblen; his nieces, Ashley Sousa and Kelly Tooker; and his siblings, Angelo Ruisi, Ronnie Finnegan, Angela Ruisi and Cathy Guerin. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
