He is survived by: his father Bill Clontz; his son Gage Tanner Clontz; the mother of his child Tish Clontz; his sisters, Danna Clontz McKnight of Myrtle Beach, Kristin "Christy" Clontz Bell (Brian) of Austin Texas and Clontz Campbell (Josh) of Myrtle Beach; his nieces and nephews, Amelia, Olivia McKnight, Bella, Zoe Campbell, Sydney and Keenan Bell; and his cousins, Ronald, Bonnie Eldridge of Myrtle Beach, Donald, Libby Clontz of High Point, NC, David, Karen Clontz of Moncks Corner, SC, Judy Moir of Irmo, SC, Roddy, Janice Bean of Hickory, NC, Rhonda Eldridge Todd and Robin Eldridge Politis. He is also survived by uncles, aunts.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church; Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Kevin's nephew has CF) or the Grand Strand Miracle League (a group dedicated to making baseball possible for all kids, no matter their disability.).
