With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Arlene Lewis (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 15, 2019 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Jeremiah Spitzer; her niece Adrienne Lewis; her son-in-law William McCarthy, Jr.; and her parents, James Lewis and Loretta Lewis (Dunlap).
She is survived by: her spouses, Alan Spitzer and James Rhoades; her daughters, Jessica Cheatham and Rebecca McCarthy; her stepson Robert Rhoades; her grandchildren, Camara McCarthy, Violet Cheatham, Lexana McCarthy, JinLong Cheatham and Scarlett Cheatham; her siblings, Holmes Lewis and Perry Lewis; and her nieces, Erica Lewis and Donna Lewis.
