He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Squires and Eliza Jane Hucks Squires; his sisters, Oleita Squires Hyman and Marilee Squires Graham; the mother of his children Gertrude Squires Christophersen; his wife Peggy Squires; and his stepdaughter Vickie Bullins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda S. Cote (John) and Wendy S. Clay (Henry); and his stepchildren, Cindy Oliver and Gary Bullins (Connie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 15 step-great-grandchildren.
