She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stevens and Lessie Stevens; her husband James "Jay" Kisler Westbury, Sr.; her siblings, Earl "Sleepy" Stevens and Clara Mae Stevens; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Westbury, Wendell Westbury, Moses Smith and Virginia Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Westbury Bell and James "Jamie" K. Westbury, Jr.; her grandson Nicholas Bell; her sister Jackie Stevens; her sisters-in-law, Catherine Westbury and Miriam Westbury; her cousin Laverne Gause; her nephew Keith Riley; and her pet Jerry. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
