He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Steiz and Genevive Milowski Steiz; and his brothers, Nicholas Steiz and Robert Steiz. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Steiz of Myrtle Beach, SC; his daughters, Holly Huydic (Rick) of Trumbull, CT and Diana Murdock (Paul) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sisters, Barbara Chechoski (Chet) of Oxford, CT and Linda Murasky of Colchester, CT; and his grandchildren, Lucious of Marcus, P. J. and Fiona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
