He is survived by: his wife Edna Fogle; his sisters, Margaret Schnably of Cumberland and Mary Ann Cavender of Hagerstown, Maryland.; his sister-in-law Patrica Orndoff of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.; and his brother Harold Fogle (Phyllis) of Flintstone, Maryland.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews.
