He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Dorroh. He is survived by: his cousin David Dorroh; his wife Rosalind Porter Neel; his daughters, Debra N. Holliday (David) of Kingstree, SC and Kathy N. Montgomery (Sean) of Newberry, SC; his grandsons, Sam Holliday, Jake Montgomery and Jackson Montgomery; his brothers, James R. Neel, Sr. (Jo Ann) and William A Neel; his brother-in-law Jerry Porter (Brenda); his cousins, Shelby Fulmer (Ronnie) and Olin Dorroh (Kathy); and his close friends, David, Misty, AnaClaire, Carrington, Lucy Owens, Jeff, Jennifer, Bella Rae, Tilson Sandlin, Joey Nicosia and Niki Perkins. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
In the lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Smyrna Presbyterian Church, 32 Smyrna Road, Newberry, SC 29108.
