She is survived by: her parents, Elmer Stinebaugh and Ava Stinebaugh; her spouse William Smith Snelling; her children, Susan Harris of Birmingham, Ann Gluse (Eric), William Snelling (Debbie), Howard Snelling (Britt) and Fort; and her siblings, Ted Stinebaugh, Gene Stinebaugh, James Stinebaugh, Jane Kissinger and Barbara Symns. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
