He is survived by: his wife Judy Stroud Owens; his children, Ray Owens, Jr. (Pamela) of Galivants Ferry and Ann Ihrie (Chris) of Chapin; his grandchildren, Jake Owens, Megan Ihrie, Kristen Ihrie and Ansley Ihrie; his sister Elizabeth Owens Oliver of Casa Grande, AZ; and his nephew Randy Owens of Nichols.
