It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ford of Nichols, South Carolina, born in Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2021, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dick Rowell and Betty Sue Ford; and his great-grandparents, Leon and Kathleen Tyler. He is survived by: his mother Gail Rowell Ford of Nichols; his sister Chelsea Thompkins of Aynor; his grandparents, Shelby Rowell of Nichols and Johnny Ford of Pageland; his aunts and uncles, Susie Watts (David) of Loris, Nancy Rowell Stanley (Larry) of Nichols, Diane Shelley of Mullins, Dolly King of Lake View, Ann Dillhoff of Oxford, OH, T. L. Rowell (Michele) of Nichols, Hugh Rowell of Nichols, Lee Ray Rowell of Nichols and Guy Rowell of Nichols; his nieces, Kylie and Khloe Avila of Aynor; and his close friend Will Hammond (Whittney Smith) of Nichols.
