It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Thompson of Nichols, South Carolina, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his former life partner Doris Hanna Thompson; and his siblings, Laverne, Leroy, Erwin Thompson and Sara Beth Thompson O'Quinn of Kingstree.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Alice McNeill Thompson; his children, Thomas Allen Thompson (Emily) and Dora Allison Thompson Hutchinson (Craig) of Nichols; his grandchildren, Kye Thompson, Brent Causey (Britney), Ben Thompson, Kati Hutchinson (Matthew) and Hali Hutchinson; his great grandchildren, Preston Kelly and Brentlee Causey; and his siblings-in-law, Charles O'Quinn of Kingstree and Joan B. Thompson of Myrtle Beach.

We respectfully request that you wear a mask while in the presence of others at the cemetery.
