He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Futch and Jeanette Craig Futch. He is survived by: his children, Jay Futch (Shelli) and Haley Futch; his siblings, Debbie Fortner (Phillip) and Donnie Futch (Donna); and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Knight, Koli Futch, Kaydi Futch and Serenity Smith.
