He is survived by: his wife Ann Primrose Rushton; his children, Scott, Lisa Rushton, Erica (Ron Odom) and Sharla (Lee Cate); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Neal Rushton, Austin Cate, Megan Neal Rushton, Cameron Rushton, Gabriel Cate, Olivia Odom and Chloe Odom; and his friends, Mickey Ruben and Johnny Mealing.
