It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Whisenant (North Augusta, South Carolina), who passed away on February 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Whisenant; her parent Isabelle Smith Gunter; and her siblings, Henry Gunter, Floyd Gunter, Trudell Gunter and Ila Mae Heyward of Bea Boyd.

She is survived by: her daughters, Louise Anderson (Jack), Marie Roberts and Judy Lemon; and her sisters, Rose Crapps and Louella Vaughn (Bill). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
