He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Anna Marguerite Helene Perey; his sons, Nick Kelley (Brandy) of North Augusta, SC and Steven Kelley of North Augusta, SC; his siblings, Phillip Perey, Daisy Kelley, Patrick Kelley, Monica Kelley and Sylvia Kelley; and his grandchildren, Allison, Brianna, Brett, Judson and Dillion.
