She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Henry Thomas Meadows and Rovie Rogers Meadows; and her siblings, Clara B. Luke, Irene Hansel Chastain and Henry Holbert Meadows.
She is survived by: her sister Jean Dupree (Cecil Dupree); her children, Rhett Simpson (Lisa), Dena George (Karen) and Thomas Perkins; her grandchildren, Josh Rhett Simpson (Nicole), Tara Beth Simpson (Timothy) and William George; her great grandchildren, Clay Simpson, Tucker Simpson, Trinity Henderson and Coleton Simpson; and her significant other Charlie Lynn. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
