He is survived by: his spouse Marilene Bullard; his daughters, Robin C. Sheffield and Debra Ann Collins; his stepdaughters, Laura B. Arthur and Maribeth B. Williamson; and his brother Ben E. Collins. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
