He was predeceased by: his father Jerry O'Shields. He is survived by: his girlfriend Teresa Farmer; his mother Darline Reedy O'Shields; his children, Danielle O'Shields (Daniel Edwards), Stefanie Thebes, Hanna O'Shields and Ashley Simmons (Kevin); his sister Suzanne Sands; and his grandchildren, Dylan Redd, Jaden Compton, Rayland Edwards and Emmett Lightner.
