He was predeceased by: his mother Janette Hearne Miller. He is survived by: his spouse Robin Miller; his father Carey Miller (Constance); his sons, Griffin Ripper and Gavin Ripper; and his brother Kevin Miller (Tomasina). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
