He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susie Rankins; his children, Joseph Rankins (Marlene) of Draper, UT and Tara Henderson (Eric) of Ft. Bragg, NC; his grandchildren, Frank Martin, Kole Rankins, Grace Rankins, Valerie Rankins, Liam Rankins and Ava Ann Henderson; his brother Richard Rankins (Martha); and his nephews, Mario Lopez, Ronnie Lopez and Michael Rankins. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
