He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Bianchini Kozel; and his children, Kelly Kozel (Ellen Brust), Kenneth Kozel and Kevin Kozel (Jean Kozel).
Due to the COVID 19 Quarantine a memorial service will be planned for the spring.
