He was predeceased by: his father Bobby William Smith. He is survived by: his children, Thomas William Warren Smith and Kristy Smith; his mother Catherine Kirkland Smith; his siblings, Tony Smith (Angel) and Sharon Fowler (Brian); and his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Chandler, Bailey Swallow, Samantha, Matt, Amanda and Isaac Smith. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the current pandemic, social distancing will be observed.
