She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnett Vance and Mattie Vance; her husband Kenneth Elrod; and her great grandchild Blakely Elizabeth Nuckols. She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Strode Nuckols; her son-in-law Phil; her son Steve Strode; her daughter-in-law Bonnie; her grandchildren, Tiffany Nuckols Stone, Blake Nuckols (Kelli), Trey Nuckols (Courtney), Vance Strode, Mattie Strode, Max Oldham and Demi Oldham; and her great grandchildren, Bryson Nuckols, Brayden Stone and Gabriella Nuckols. She is also survived by six siblings.
