He is survived by: his wife Rhonda A. Kendrick; his children, Russ Kendrick, Doug Kendrick, Matt Perkins (Melissa), Andrew Perkins, Carla Hammett (Brian), Nikki Kendrick, Christy Martin (Andy), Janae McLean (Kenny) and Nicole Perkins; his sisters, Jeanette Johnson (Larry) and Linda Huffman; and his grandchildren, Lexi, Ally, Evan, Leah, Lily, Hud, Ian, Chase, Zach, Bryce, Jamie, McKenna, Grayson, Kristen, Joshua and Cody. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
