He is survived by: his spouse Rebecca Sapp; and his parent Audra Parker Sapp. He is also survived by parents and seven great-grandchildren, family members include his children and their spouses, Melinda and Verne Sadler, Shannon and Brannon Cole and Wendy and Bobby Crawley, all of North Augusta, SC and Beth Moulton and her companion, Travis Hailey, Monroe, NC; a brother and his spouse, Ralph Howard, Jr. and Beverly Sapp, North Augusta, SC and eleven grandchildren.
