He is survived by: his wife Linda Jane Cash; his sons, William P. Herron Jr. (Shannon) and Richard L. Herron (Tammy); his grandchildren, Courtney H. Duffie (Shawn), Joshua M. Herron, Summer H. Wolfgram and Allison N. Herron; his great grandchildren, Aidyn G. Wolfgram, Mathew A. Duffie and Michael A. Duffie; and his siblings, Donald H. Herron (Carol) and Dorothy H. Jennings (Fred). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
