It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eisa Majed Mohammed Shourpaje of North Charleston, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2019, at the age of 14, leaving to mourn family and friends. Eisa Majed Mohammed Shourpaje was born on April 25, 2005 to Shantell Shourpaje and the late Majed Mohammed Shourpaje. Eisa was born in Charleston, SC but has roots in Amman, Jordan. He attended Charleston County Public Schools within Charleston, Sc. Eisa was proceeded in death by his father, the late Majed Mohammed Shourpaje; grandfathers, the late Mohammed Badri Shurbaji of Amman, Jordan and Thomas McDowell.
Eisa was a happy, comical and energetic individual. He was well rounded. He loved to paint and was a expert at cooking on the grill. He had a fascination with cars since he was 2 years old and would spend time trying to fix them. Due to his lively spirit, Eisa was likely to get along with many people . He often enjoyed the company of family and friends, in which there was never a dull moment. He loved his nephews and nieces and spent as much time engaging in play with them. Eisa had a smile that would light up a room and it warmed the hearts of those around him. He had impeccable strength and always showed resiliency. His ultimate goal was to enroll in the United States Navy to continue the heritage as a military family. If he had the opportunity, he would have made an excellent serviceman.
Eisa´s warmness, outgoing personality that was matched with a pure heart of gold, will be missed. His memories will be cherished by his mother, Shantell Shourpaje (the late Leroy); grandmothers, Faith McDowell (the late Thomas) and Sabah Shurbaji (the late Mohammed Badri) of Amman, Jordan; brothers, Mohammed Shourpaje of Amman, Jordan and Chantez Mccants; sisters, Tasneem (Yazeed) Shourpaje of Amman, Jordan and Diamond Mccants; uncles, Charles Mccants and Delvecchio Mccants; aunts Quianna Mccants (Byron), Alexis Green (Joe) of Columbia, SC and Tonie McDowell; four nephews, Chance Singleton, Omar Shourpaje, Bashar Shourpaje and Michael Jeter Jr.; one niece Maddison Jeter; his special significant friends/family, Michael Jeter, Sr and Barbara Sadick along with abundance of relatives and friends.
