He is survived by: his wife Christine (Tina); his children, Caroline Jones (Lewis) and John Pateracki IV (Catherine); and his grandson Harley Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren, as well as many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (5505 N Rhett Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Charleston Bilingual Academy Building Fund or The Stained Glass Association of America in John's honor.
