He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Elaine Smalls of Washington; his children, Marvin (Whitney) of Washington, Ruth Campbell, Benjamin Campbell, Meagan Smalls (Colleen), Devin Smalls (Shay) and Tiffany Smalls (Kevin); his grandchildren, Isiah Williams, Marvin of Washington, Sevin Smalls, Kalani Campbell, Kayden Smalls, Kayla Smalls, Bakari Campbell, Ava of Washington and Elijah Campbell; his siblings, Irving Green (Lorraine), Mark Smalls (Scher), Mable Smalls (Guy) and Jacqueline Wilson (Darrell); and his aunts, Ruth Scott, Vagella Smalls, Mary Smalls and Bertha Green. He is also survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
