We bid farewell to Sarah Allene Hyden (North, South Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2025 at the age of 94. Sarah Allene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Delono Hyden; her parents, Ford Robert Hester and Eva Batson Hester; her son Michael Hyden, Sr.; and her brother Robert Hester.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Boggs (Gary) of Greenville and Charles Hyden (Lauren Hayes) of Good Hope, GA; her sisters, Patricia, Josephine and Jackie; her grandchildren, Michael R. Hyden, Mallory Taylor (Zack) and Erika Andrews; and her great grandchildren, John Grey, Camryn Taylor and Grayson Taylor. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Reedy River Baptist Church (871 By Pass 25 North, Greenville, SC 29661). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Reedy River Baptist Church Cemetery (871 By Pass 25 North, Greenville, SC 29617). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the same location.
