He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jeffcoat Bryant; and his children, Douglas R. Bryant, III (Jennie), Elizabeth Bryant Mixon (Mike) and Sydney Bryant Powell (Jimmy). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
