He is survived by: his wife Julia Lebednik Dean; his children, Amber Koester (Tyler), Clyde Cecil Dean, III and Richard Andrew Dean; his grandchildren, Lawson Koester and Ella Grace Koester; and his siblings, Linda Smith (Gene), Stephanie D. Spigner (Ronnie), Carla P. Dean and Robert E. Dean (Deborah).
