He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harmon Culler, Sr. and Zola Lee McKnight Culler; and his sister Susanne Culler Ward. He is survived by: his spouse Billie Weathers Culler; his children, Elizabeth Anne "Libby" Wilson and George Gary Culler (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kendall Elizabeth Smith (Coy), Haley Nicole Wilson, Holden Keefe Culler and Ethan Weathers Culler; and his great grandchildren, Shylah Nicole Smith and Coy Carter Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dukes-Harley Funeral Home Chapel (3379 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (2720 Broughton St, Orangeburg, SC 29118).
