He is survived by: his wife Rachel Hancock Harley; his children, Rhonda Browning (Tim) and Bryan Harley (Georgeanna); his grandchildren, Joey Browning, Corey Browning, Jeffrey Browning (Leslie), Meredith Adamson (Nick), Leah Harley and Jacob Harley; his sisters, Bobbie Myers and Rose Brazell (Gary); his brother-in-law Daniel Hancock; and his pets, Cindy, Brandy and Toby.
