He was loved and cherished by many people including : his son Irvin Bell of Orangeburg, SC; his parents, Jeanette Bell of Charlotte, NC and Mervin Bell, Sr.; his siblings, Eric Bell (Yolanda) of Charlotte, NC, Mark Bell (Madeca) and Shameka Staley-Bell (JoVan) of Baltimore; and his grandmother Emma Bell. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
