He was predeceased by : his grandparents, George and Annie Lee Collier; his parents, Wilbur Walley and Mildred Walley; his brothers, David Walley and Andrew Tobin; and his aunt Georgia Lee Collier.
He is survived by : his children, Marlo, Patrick Simpson of Orangeburg, SC, Brenda L. Evans, Shanette W. Robinson, Wilbur Walley, III, Enico Jones and Erin Jones. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; two nieces, two nephews, and a host of cousins, and friends.
