He is survived by: his mother Linda Belk Wright of Lancaster; his wife Susan Hubbell Patterson of Pageland; his daughters, Sierra Patterson of Pageland, Patricia Jordan of Pageland and Felicia Patterson of Pageland; and his siblings, Junior Patterson of Lancaster, Rocky Wright of Pageland, Lisa Patterson and Grace Hartis.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Freedom Hunt "Giving Special Needs Children the Opportunity to Hunt and Fish", 200 4th Street, Logansport, IN 46947.
