She is survived by: her children, Charles Ray Outen (Barbara), John Tillman Outen of Marshville, NC, Susan Carol Bradford of Monroe, NC and Donna P. Howard (Ezra Dean) of Pageland, SC; and her friend Johnsie Mungo of Kannapolis, NC.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
