Griffin; his siblings, Elsie Griffin Thomas, Emsely Wayne Griffin and Billy Franklin Griffin; his daughter Jana Annette Jones; his daughter-in-law Tammye Williamson; his granddaughter Kristen Griffin; his cousin Homer Burgess; his sister-in-law Louise Griffin; and his pet Rambo.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Michael Griffin of Columbia, SC, Emmit Thomas "Chip" Griffin, Jr. (Tami) of Woodstock, GA, Timothy Todd Griffin (Joni) of Jacksonville, FL, Gwen Fowler (Josh) of Jacksonville, FL and Debbie Kennington (Jim) of Jacksonville, FL; his brother Raymond Griffin Jr. of Pageland, SC; and his cousins, Jerry Austin, Carson Deese, John Outen, Stoney Funderburk, Lance Aldridge, Cole Slaw Jackson and Ronnie Sires. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
