Valerie Garner Carraway Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2023, at the age of 73, Valerie Garner Carraway of Pamplico, South Carolina, born in Walterboro, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Valerie Garner Carraway to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, David Garner and Evelyn Welch Steele; her siblings, Billy Garner, Marie Miles, Betty Ann Yarborough, Roy Garner and Linda Faye Sauls; and her granddaughter Angel Martin.

She is survived by : her husband Bryant Dexter Carraway; her daughters, Renee Carraway Walsh and Tabitha Carraway Martin (Tim); her grandchildren, Bryant Martin, Bryce Martin and Brylee Martin; her brother Andie Lee; and her stepbrothers, Tommy Steele and Bobby Steele. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Evergreen Baptist Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
