It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewel West Quarles of Parksville, South Carolina, born in Edgefield, South Carolina, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lynn Walker (Franky), Ferrel Percival and Sherry Atkinson (Mark); her sisters, Doris Kemp and Delaine Miller; her great grandchild Tank Walker (Samantha); her great great grandchildren, Josh and Olivia Walker; and her son-in-law Clarence Brown.
