He is survived by: his parent Margaret "Maggie" Cranford Barthlow; his wife Louise Goodale; and his siblings, Robert Goodale (Linda), Carrie Fatig of Hartsville, SC, Elaine Fenzel and Rhona Mallory. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
