She was predeceased by: her father Daniel M. Fisher; and her brother Daniel M. Fisher. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Moyer Fisher; her husband Carl Small; and her aunt Bernadette Moldenhauer. She is also survived by step children, and step grandchild and cousins.
