It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Faye Croom of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, born in Kenly, North Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amon Bailey and Lula Edwards Bailey; her husband J. B. Croom; and her siblings, Elsie Hall, Pearl Tessinear, Linnie Howell, Hazel Perry, Alice Jean Bailey, J. B. Bailey and Raymond Bailey.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Dale (Michelle) of Salisbury, NC, Gregory Gene (Daniel) of Concord, NC and Christopher Allen (Megan); her stepdaughter Ruthann Croom Barnes of Atlantic Beach, NC; and her brother Billy W. Bailey (Sherri) of Zebulon, NC. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; many special nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to The First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1100.
