She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Gay Stull and Elsa Snead; her mother Marilyn Jennings; her sister Joy Jennings; and her father George Jennings.

She is survived by: her husband Leonard Nettles; her daughter Sarah Nettles of Pawleys Island; her stepmother Preppy Jennings; and her stepbrother Todd Breneman of Greenville, NC..
