It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathi Bixler (Pawleys Island, South Carolina), born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Elizabeth and Howard C. Frank Jr.; and her brother Calvin Frank III of Whidbey Island.
