He is survived by: his mother Mary Francis Truett Galloway; his sons, John R. Galloway III (Danielle) and Rusty W. Galloway (Ashley); his grandchildren, Conlee, Reese, Wade and Alec; and his brother Michael Galloway (Angie) of Sumter.
