She was predeceased by: her husband D. B. Hartzog Jr.; her son Scotty Hartzog; her brother Larry Yawn; her mother Billie Jackson; and her grandmother Cleola Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Hutchens, Timothy Hartzog (Cathy), Kimberly Woods (James), Duwey Hartzog (Cherise), Angela Swygert (Jody), Brian Hartzog (Shaye), David Hartzog, Wesley Hartzog and Jennie Hartzog; and her sisters, Vonda Fish, Cynthia Hudson and Marsha Germany (Butch). She is also survived by her 22 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
