She is survived by: her father Eroy Hayden; her husband Theodore "Ted" Cook of Pelion; her children, Allen Fallaw of Gilbert, Leslie Smith (Johnny) of Lexington and Crystal Powell (Eric) of Lexington; her brother Richard Hayden (Rose Morris) of Swansea; her grandchildren, Danny, Kayla, Brian, Johnathan, Haley and Logan; and her great grandchildren, Lilli, Ava, Osiris, Annaleigh, Brennan and Tinsleigh.
